Hi, My name is Kristine Murphy.

In February 2019, after finalizing my year-long divorce, losing my job in the mortgage industry, and making a bad business investment decision, I hit rock bottom. My business checking account had negative $5,000, my credit score was destroyed and my personal debit cards were turned off. To add to the stress my boyfriend Brentley and I were living in our real estate flip house. At the time, we were ONLY living in the kitchen with a space heater and we had just made investment commitments for the new roof to be installed.

EVERY single day I would beat myself up over:

• How did I have my dream business in 2017 bring in $20,000 monthly and let that slip away?
• How could I let my emotional well-being destroy my financial well-being so quickly and easily?
• How could I go from being so fearless and taking huge risks to becoming so scared and letting a few vocal 'haters' convince me I was “worthless?”

I decided enough was enough.

I started to research, study, and interview wealthy people. I am not talking about the rich flashy “Keeping Up With The Jones” kinds of people. The truly wealthy people I saw that were living in my dream reality and those that created the “old money” that has lasted legacies. I wanted to know their secrets so that way I would never EVER collapse again.

I wanted to build a strong financial foundation that could actually support all my dreams and could also stay put during any “life hurricane” whether it was another heartache, job loss, health crisis, or even a recession. Or what if I was experiencing so much joy that I didn't want to show up or have my income dip? I wanted that kind of wealth!

Since then, I’ve made mine and Brentley’s money move and grow by:

• Turning that unlivable flip house that we invested less than $10,000 out of pocket to now owning over $1.1 million dollars worth of Real Estate
• I transformed my “divorce broke person” credit score of 538 to over 700 in less than 2 years without paying for credit repair services or following any Ramsey advice.
• When Brentley lost his high-paying job during COVID- We didn’t go broke or lose everything. Instead, I surprised him by buying myself a new used Tahoe and booking us a house on the beach in the Florida Keys for 101 days.
• We started a few other income streams and started investing our money in places as if we were already the Multi-Millionaires.
• We went from wondering where our next meal was going to come from to planning with excitement where our next investment or vacation would be.

I have helped over a thousand people since 2015:

• Make their home dreams happen with my real estate buying process and program focusing on individuals/couples who have self-employed income filed on their tax returns and/or new home buyers. Since 2020, I have also started helping multiple six-figure/millionaires with their real estate investments.
• Become educated about money, income streams, and leveraging debts to help them build their bank accounts, and net worth. Some recovered quickly from bankruptcy.
• Start and grow their online remote businesses for digital art/tech experts, coaches, consultants, course creators, bloggers, sales professionals, and other remote agencies.

A person who no longer wonders or wishes for their dreams to come into existence. They are wandering through their dream life each and every day. It doesn’t matter if they’re traveling the world, hanging out in their own backyard, what their background is, where they are in life, or where they live. It only matters that they are going in the direction of their dreams.
